O I didn't complain we should have but other people were eating not
complaining
Never tasted chips like them not nice, n my friends new pots were bullets we had haddock but quite honestly didn't taste like it n batter soggy
The starters n dessert were lovely
Won't be going back as not cheap

Visiting the area and after a walk by the beach we thought we would stop by The Jolly Sailor.
It was lunchtime and we was surprised by the relaxed atmosphere, the bar allowed and dogs and lovely fab views across the sea.
We ended up staying for lunch, both fish and chips and scampi were lovely, hot and delicious. 100% worth a visit, Thankyou.

Service was very good. Food came out quickly even though they were busy with other people eating. Food was delicious and hot. I had fish of the day and my wife had scampi. Bar area was pleasant and we'll maintained. Toilets were very clean. Would highly recommend

Dessert strawberry something was pathetic for the price, and not a hint of strawberry.

Great pub with an informal seating area and an attached restaurant.
Lovely view over the cliff and luckily for me, not too far from my beach hut!
Very busy in the summer with outside seating.
Reservation required for the main restaurant, not the informal seating area (you can still order food but I believe it's a different menu)

Stepping inside, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a clean and well-maintained interior that immediately feels welcoming. The bar staff provide quick, friendly service, keeping things moving even during busy periods.
There’s a lively buzz, with diners clearly enjoying their meals in a relaxed setting. The menu offers a nice selection of reasonably priced dishes, catering to a variety of tastes without compromising on quality.
This is a professionally run establishment that knows its purpose: to provide a spot where guests can enjoy great food, efficient service, and breathtaking views. Everything feels well-organised and polished, making it a pleasure to visit. I’d definitely return!
